Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment verification. Processing time includes quality checks, packaging, and handing over the package to the shipping carrier.

Please note that orders placed over weekends and holidays may take a little longer. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches, re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.

Shipping Destinations:

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Please note that some restrictions may apply to certain regions due to local regulations or shipping carrier limitations.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

We utilize reputable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The shipping timeframes vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and shipping method selected. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

Order Modifications & Address Changes:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are unable to modify orders or change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. In case of an error, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you, although we cannot guarantee changes can be made after the order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, international postal services, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your shipment is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Refused Deliveries:

If a delivery is refused or if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from the carrier, or any other reason not attributable to us, the customer will be responsible for any associated return shipping costs. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund for the order amount, minus any shipping and 20% restocking fees. 

To avoid issues with delivery, please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to accept the package at the time of delivery.

Order Status & Shipping Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status. Please note that tracking details will be available online one business day after your order has shipped.

Ownership of the products transfers to you upon delivery to your specified address. From this point on, the responsibility for the goods rests with you, and Serie Hair will no longer be responsible for their care or management.
