This guide is designed to help you visualize the length of our hair bundles. Please note that the length chart provided is an approximation. The actual length selected may slightly vary depending on the client's height. Additionally, since each bundle originates from a single donor, the lengths may slightly vary between bundles.
Raw & Virgin Hair
-
- 100% human hair sourced from a single donor.
- Maintains its natural state with minimal or no processing beyond cleaning.
- Preserves natural texture, color, and cuticle alignment, leading to less tangling.
- Slight variations in texture and color may occur due to its direct sourcing.
- Represents the purest form of human hair, untouched by chemical treatments or alterations.
-
- Raw hair offers a greater flexibility for dyeing and bleaching.
- It can be bleached to #613
- However, as with any hair type, it's crucial to approach dyeing and bleaching with care.
- If needed, please seek professional guidance to achieve the desired color while minimizing damage.
-
- Virgin hair is 100% Human hair from multiple donors (2+)
- Being sourced from multiple donors, Virgin hair is typically sorted to ensure uniformity, potentially involving mild handling that could marginally affect the cuticle layer.
- Cuticles are aligned, meaning that the cuticles of the individual hair strands are arranged in a uniform direction, usually from the root to the tip. This alignment ensures that the scales of the cuticle lay flat and in the same direction along the entire length of the hair.
- While virgin hair maintains its natural state, it might undergo basic cleaning and sorting processes.
-
- Can be bleached to #30 to #27
- However, as with any hair type, it's crucial to approach dyeing and bleaching with care.
- If needed, please seek professional guidance to achieve the desired color while minimizing damage.

Hair Maintenance Guide
-
- Shampoo: Use a sulfate-free, gentle shampoo. Apply it to the scalp area, avoiding the extension bonds or wefts. Gently cleanse with downward motions. Rinse thoroughly.
- Conditioner: Apply a light, silicone-free conditioner mainly to the lengths and ends. Let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing. Avoid the root area to prevent buildup.
- Deep Conditioning: To deeply condition your hair, apply a paraben and sulfate-free deep conditioning mask. Allow it to soak in for a minimum of 15-30 minutes to rejuvenate and enhance the softness and smoothness of your hair. Refrain from applying conditioner directly onto the knots of your frontal or closure, as this may gradually loosen them, leading to shedding. Instead, apply the conditioner at least an inch away from the knots and only on sections of your lace where product buildup occurs.
- Water Temperature: Use lukewarm or cool water to wash hair extensions. Hot water can strip the hair's natural oils and cause damage.
-
- Use heat protectant sprays before styling with flat irons, curling irons, or blow dryers. and opt for lower heat settings whenever possible to prevent damage.
- Ideally try heatless curling methods such as Satin Heatless Curling sets.
-
Use Lightly: Apply lightweight serums or hair oils sparingly to the ends of the extensions to add shine and manageability. Avoid applying near the roots to prevent product buildup.
-
- Gentle Brushing: Use a wide-tooth comb or a soft-bristle brush to detangle extensions gently, starting from the ends and working your way up. Hold the roots while brushing to avoid tension.
- Handling: Be gentle when handling wet hair extensions. Pat dry with a soft towel and avoid rubbing or twisting, which can cause tangling or breakage.
-
- Avoid fine tooth combs when brushing hair
- Wear a silk bonnet or use a silk pillow.
- Avoid the use of plastic rubber bands.
-
- Protective Styles: Braid or tie hair in a loose, low ponytail before sleeping to prevent tangling.
- Think silk: Consider using a silk or satin pillowcase and silk hair ties, to reduce friction.
-
Pre-Swim | Beach
- Apply a leave-in conditioner or hair oil to the extensions before entering the water. This creates a protective barrier against the harsh effects of saltwater or chlorine.
- Braiding or Tying Up: Braid or tie the hair in a loose, low ponytail to minimize tangling. This helps prevent the hair from becoming tangled due to wind or water movement.
- Avoid Submerging Hair: Try to keep your head above water as much as possible to minimize the exposure of the extensions to saltwater or chlorinated water.
Post-Swim | Beach
- Rinse Immediately: After swimming, rinse the hair thoroughly with clean, fresh water to remove saltwater or chlorine residue. Gently untangle any knots with a wide-tooth comb or soft brush.
- Conditioning Treatment: Apply a deep conditioning treatment or a moisturizing mask to the extensions to replenish moisture lost from exposure to salt or chlorine. Allow the conditioner to sit for a few minutes before rinsing.
- Detangling Carefully: Use a wide-tooth comb to detangle the hair gently, starting from the ends and working your way up. Avoid harsh pulling or tugging to prevent breakage.
- Air Dry: Allow the extensions to air dry naturally instead of using heat styling tools after exposure to water. Heat can further dry out the hair and cause damage.
Gym Care: Tie hair up to prevent tangling while exercising. Consider a sweatband to absorb sweat near the hairline. Rinse hair or use dry shampoo if needed after workouts.
