Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched, and unaltered hair extensions. Please consider this policy before finalizing your purchase.

We take pride in the quality of our products. All our raw hair extensions undergo quality checks before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or quality issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receiving your package to allow us to provide a prompt resolution.

Please ensure that the hair remains in its original condition. Note that we will not issue refunds for hair extensions that have already been installed or dyed.
